This theme invites researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to explore strategies for enhancing individual and collective resilience, promoting well-being, and cultivating sustainable happiness in diverse contexts. By addressing critical issues such as mental health equity, cultural influences on well-being, and the role of technology in resilience-building, the conference aims to generate impactful discussions and innovative solutions. Together, we strive to redefine mental health paradigms, ensuring they align with the dynamic realities of a rapidly changing world.
This theme could open discussions on topics like digital health innovations, cultural adaptability in mental health interventions, policies for mental health equity, and the mental health impacts of global crises.
